My stay over the weekend ended on a very disappointing note. After I checked out, management accused me of stealing hotel towels and charged a fee to my debit card because of it. I did not take any towels, so being accused without what I felt was sufficient proof was frustrating, embarrassing, and unprofessional. Instead of giving me the benefit of the doubt or properly investigating the situation, management immediately assumed I was responsible and charged my card. What should have been a pleasant stay was completely overshadowed by how this was handled. Guests deserve to be treated with respect and fairness, especially when serious accusations are involved. I hope management reviews its policies for handling situations like this before charging customers and making accusations. Based on my experience, I won’t be staying here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The reason ai give this three stars, housekeeping at 9 am will make loud nois3 with equipment and constantly slamming doors. Complaint to the owner, owner replied I have no control over people. Canceled my extended stay and came to Ellenton Super 8 by Wyndham way better and includes continental breakfast.

Very sketchy. Would not stay there alone. I was followed by 2 men in the room next to me. Everytime I came out of my room they heard my door opened there's and followed me to the parking lot. Desperate need of security and updating. Skip this hotel

The owner is a miserable and rude man who does not take care of the establishment. Multiple cockroaches spotted crawling over breakfast foods and the rooms were not adequately kept. Not to mention he was very rude as well as gives the hotel environment a very uncomfortable and eerie feeling. Worst part of it all is he is rude if you’d complain about anything because as he says “he does it all” could definitely use any other additional attendance clearly he does not know how to run a proper establishment, but it does look privately owned so keep that in mind, he can technically do whatever he wants Without fear of repercussion. I have already reported him to Better Business Bureau and they will be conducting an investigation on this establishment in the following weeks.

Was ok, fairly clean and maintained. Until the last night. There were people drinking in parking lot at 230-300 am until a flight broke out and multiple firearms discharged. Asked to have room for one night of 7 discounted and was told it not hotels responsibility to maintain property.

Very large room, basic but clean. The check-in was easy, hotel itself is a bit worn but had everything you would need, desk, iron, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, lounge chair, well stocked bathroom, all linens, toiletries, hair dryer. Honestly for the price and proximity to highways for easy travel.....

The room smelled strongly of marijuana, the pool looked like it wasn't cleaned in 6 months. And there was no breakfast buffet, actually no breakfast offered at all as advertised. Unless I can be compensated I will not go back and forward my review to all sites Darlene Johnson I stayed there February 1st

atmosphere felt so odd i had to leave. got a very bad feeling. rooms are also very dated so they have no reason to charge what they charge.
